Unmasking: A Mix of Emotions

While we are delighted to see so many smiling faces at school now that we are no longer required to wear masks, many students may feel anxiety over suddenly not wearing masks.

  2. Anticipate difficult scenarios - going to a crowded mall or movie theater without masks may feel odd for many children. Discuss this in advance to see what may help alleviate any feelings of anxiety.
  3. Remind your children that some people may still wear masks for personal reasons.
